The Farmhouse

  • 3 night weekend breaks start from £500
  • Our weekly rates for 7 nights start from £800 (off season) and £1800 (peak Summer holidays)

The Studio (available Spring and Summer only)

The Barn (available all year round)

Lettings are from Friday to Friday but we can be flexible with letting days.

Prices on Winter bookings and short breaks are available on request, timings in and out are flexible – please enquire.

Our prices include the following:

  • Electricity & oil
  • All beds are made up with quality clean sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases and bedspreads
  • Clean towels – 2 towels per person (one hand towel and one bath towel)
  • Bath & pedestal mats
  • Soaps, shower gels, shampoos and conditioners. Hairdryer
  • Travel cots/matresses/high chair on request
  • Cutlery & crockery. Bottle opener. Wine, sparkling and beer glasses.
  • Kettle. Tea, coffee, hot chocolate and cafetiere
  • High speed WiFi and Smart TV
  • Fridge, freezer & ice
  • Bluetooth speaker

For the Farmhouse (Self catered):

  • Salt, pepper and olive oil
  • Dishwasher tablets and washing-up liquid
  • Bleach & general cleaning products
  • J-Cloth, Scourer sponge, apron, oven gloves and 2 tea towels
  • Tin foil, cling film, greaseproof paper and food bags, bin liners
  • Picnic table and chairs available for your use. Use of foldaway picnic tables
  • A cot, blanket, duvet and cover is available on request
  • Games room including full size table tennis, pool table, swing ball, darts board and various outdoor toys and balls
  • A large selection of indoor games (Board games, Brio train set, cards and toddler toys)
  • Logs available for purchase.

For the Studio (Self catered)

For the Barn
